Inaugural appreciation lunch

Today we held our inaugural appreciation lunch at Dence Park, Epping.  This was held to thank the numerous members, friends and family who have supported us over many years.  Our members consistently supply us with beautiful smocked wee care gowns whilst friends and family knit and crochet blankets, bonnets, caps and bootees to accompany them.  Other friends cut out gowns, others smock them, some make hospital gowns and quilts and items for our sale of work stalls, one puts our tiny swing tags together with ribbon & pins, whilst some deliver our boxes for distribution to hospitals every 6 months.  It really is a combined effort to help support our guild and these special babies.  Our list of hospitals is every increasing and we would not be able to do this without your help.  Thank you so much from the committee!
